1. Shipping Destinations

2. Processing Time
- Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

4. Shipping Rates
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

5. Order Tracking

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

- Non-delivery: If 30 days pass without delivery (60 days for international), we’ll refund or reship at our discretion.
7. International Shipping
- Customs, duties & taxes: You are responsible for all import fees, VAT, and duties. These are not included in our shipping cost.
- We mark packages as "commercial goods" with accurate values as required by law.
- Refused packages (due to unpaid duties) will be refunded minus original shipping + return fees.
8. Address Accuracy
- Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Address correction fees (if applicable) will be charged before reshipping.
9. Holidays & Peak Seasons
- Shipping times may extend during November 15 – January 5.
- We recommend ordering early for Christmas delivery. Last recommended order dates will be posted on the homepage.
